The biggest improvement with this version is it can convert MaiDumps into vpk files, with support to update vpk files and hotspot features (windows only at the moment) which will allow you to create a unique wifi hosted network directly from VitaOrganizer for direct sending without needing an Internet connection. Ive set the main settings to USB Device:Memory Card Select Button: USB When I press select I am able to connect to my PC and transfer the VPK File into the PS Vita Internal Memory.

Unfortunately this is only the master files of the github, so it still need to be compiled into a usable vpk to be installed to a Homebrewed PSVita. I have successfully Installed henkaku and Vita shell to my PS vita But unfortunately am unable to download vpk files via Vita shell.
